CYNTHIA

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Mental Health Provider

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, supportive, non-judgmental and culturally competent/sensitive. In therapy, I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, as I believe a holistic approach is the best way to meet the individual needs of each client.

My practice specializes in helping clients to develop the insight and skills necessary to manage depression, anxiety, grief, family stress, relationships, unresolved trauma, sexuality, adjusting to life transitions, such as a breakup, divorce, career change or loss. It is important for me to prioritize the collaborative relationship between client and therapist, as you are the expert of your own life.

I will work with you through your journey of self-exploration, healing, and your ability to implement effective coping strategies, and achieve and set realistic life goals. In this space I honor your voice, your own understanding of your process, and your incorporation of this work in your daily life.

MEADOW

Licensed Master Social Worker

Meadow Braun (she/her) is a New York-based psychotherapist who will meet you where you are and help you carve a path forward. That path may twist and turn along the way, but your goals will be the guiding light. As a mental health provider, Meadow offers a space where it is safe to share your story, expose your wounds, and work through trauma, providing you with the support to heal and the challenge to grow. As a social worker, Meadow believes it is necessary to address not only “what is wrong,” but also “what has happened,” because none of us got here on our own. There are familial, societal, cultural, financial, racial, and political forces that have a great impact on the world we live in, and how we experience it.

Meadow’s work is trauma-informed and strengths-based. She works alongside each client, digging deeply when necessary, and building the practical coping skills needed to manage day-to-day life.
