About the event
Many women notice patterns in their relationships that leave them feeling confused, overextended, or questioning their worth. They may find themselves people-pleasing, struggling to set boundaries, choosing partners who cannot fully meet them, or constantly seeking reassurance and validation. While these patterns often show up in romantic relationships, they usually have deeper roots in early experiences with caregivers, especially our mothers.
The mother wound does not look the same for everyone. Some women experienced emotional distance, criticism, instability, or the pressure to grow up too quickly. Others were raised by mothers who loved them but were overwhelmed, unavailable, or carrying their own unresolved pain.
In this three-part workshop, we will explore what the mother wound is, how it forms, how it can influence our self-worth and relationships, and how to begin the healing process through awareness, self-compassion, and reparenting practices.
